New Years Eve "2010"

It is time to make some plans for New Years Eve. The Florence Estate Winery is proud to offer a six (6) course gourmet dinner. Reservations are now being taken and space is limited. Please call early for our 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 or 7:30 seating. Chef Anthony has put together a fantastic menu, we already have a few reservations. This will be the last dinner of the season. The Winery will be closed for January till March. If you can not make it out for New years Eve, Please come out for our Lunch, Sunday Brunch or Dinner (served on Friday & Saturday nights only). Chef Anthony- “Time to move on”

Imaginations Catering was started in 2002 as a caterer for the
“Foodies” in the Southwestern Ontario area. As more people were
using the service we opened “Imaginations Fine Foods” in our new
home town of Port Dover, Ontario. We have received many write-ups
in National, Provincial & Local newspapers , U.S. Newspapers & cook
books to say the least. We have met and befriended many local
people, we call our “best friends”.
There comes a time to choose a path in the road. We have
chosen what started the company “Catering”.
Imaginations Fine Foods at 301 main Street will be closing the doors
on Sept. 12 2010.
Yes, I am a little sad however, it is time. We will be
here for many years to come and look forward to more Catering in the
area. I hope that you will visit the Florence Estate Winery and have
one of my delicious lunches-Brunch or Dinner.
I hope that the store was able to show that things are changing
(Life is forever changing)

"The Restaurant" @ Florence Estate Winery

Chef Anthony is the head Chef at the winery.
He will be serving lunch, Brunch and a prix fixx menu for dinner on Friday and Saturday Nights. Using the "100 Mile diet" as my format. There is limited seating. Please call for dinner reservations (519) 875-2246 or come out for a great wine tasting experience in the winery and have a delightful lunch or brunch.

AAA grade N.Y. strip steak pan-fried to perfection. Topped with sauteed peppers, onions & Fresh tomatoes. Served with seasonal veggies & seasoned Orzo.


Chicken Antonio

Wild-mushrooms, artichoke hearts, fire roasted red peppers and Chardonnay wine infused into a Ontario tender breast.
Served with fresh seasonal veggies & oven roasted potatoes.


Pork Tenderloin

All Ontario; Apples, apricots, sweet onions, golden raisins & mushrooms.
Stuffed inside a Center cut Ontario tenderloin

Filet Mignon ($2. extra)

Baco Noir demi with wild mushrooms drizzled upon a 8oz
tender beef filet with a dollop of Blue cheese.
Served with fresh seasonal veggies & oven roasted potatoes.

Fresh Lake Erie pickerel filet sauteed with black olives, garlic,
tomatoes, onions & capers with a touch of Chardonnay wine.
Served with seasonal veggies & seasoned Orzo.

Grilled Eggplant, zucchini, fire roasted red peppers
Served on a Fresh 9-grain bread

Shrimp Burger

Succulent shrimp mixed with corn kernels, fresh herbs and char-grilled to perfection.

Served on a fresh baked potato bun with dill Havarti cheese & sweet mustard.
